About the Role

We’re seeking a Recruitment Strategist to join us on a 9-month contract and elevate our internal team’s speed, quality, and efficiency — not by managing people, but by transforming our current systems and workflows.

You’ll partner with our high-performing internal recruitment team of 12, led by an experienced Recruitment Lead. The team processes over 3,000 resumes each week, and your focus will be on process optimisation and smart scalability. We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset and the technical know-how to implement automation, AI, and Airtable-based workflows — all without relying on a traditional ATS.

This is a hands-on, project-based role suited to a senior recruiter or talent operations expert with a proven track record in designing and implementing recruitment systems. If you’ve led change, built recruitment systems from the ground up, or re-engineered workflows in fast-paced environments, and now seek a role where you can focus on solving problems at the system level, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Within the first 3-6 months, we expect to see tangible outcomes. For example, reducing time-to-hire by automating resume screening and launching video-based pre-interviews to fast-track shortlisting.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
  • 6-10 years of experience in senior recruitment, operations and/or talent acquisition management within high-volume or fast-paced environments

  • Strong exposure to internal TA functions or agency environments. Experience in the VA industry is an advantage

  • Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, and low/no-code platforms (e.g. Airtable, Zapier)

  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategy, screening workflows, and recruitment tech stacks

  • Independent and execution-focused – you’ll be trusted to drive the roadmap

  • Based in Cebu or Davao (initially onsite for onboarding, then hybrid optional)This may suit an experienced BPO recruiter looking to step into a more strategic and tailored recruitment model.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Audit and map current sourcing, screening, and placement workflows

  • Design and roll out improved systems using automation, AI, video screening, and Airtable-based pipelines

  • Identify and remove manual bottlenecks to reduce time-to-screen and time-to-hire

  • Introduce video-based pre-screens, smart filtering tools, and shortlisting models

  • Collaborate across internal teams (Recruitment, IT, Sales, HR) to support rollouts

  • Drive adoption through collaboration and training with the Recruitment Lead

  • Monitor outcomes via quality and speed KPIs; iterate for continuous improvement

  • Ensure all enhancements deliver measurable, data-driven outcomes via Airtable
