Job description

Participate in all selection processes for each applicant through various applications. Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, endorse, monitor, and convert applicants for their final interview. Discuss and onboard applicants for program-specific assessments and language assessments. Discuss job offers with selected applicants and endorse them to the training team.

Responsibilities

  • Convert applicants endorsed from initial interview up to job offer.
  • Follow scheduled turnaround times to ensure applicants are monitored and processed in real-time.
  • Build strong rapport to ensure a smooth selection process.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily business needs.
  • Calibrate with stakeholders to identify the best-fit applicants for the program.
  • Ensure 100% fill rate and completion rate for all hires.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Completed at least 2nd year in college without backlog.
  • Business Administration, B.S. in Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent course is a plus.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Preferably with BPO or recruitment experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Effective in creating professional emails and communication.
  • Ability to navigate video conferencing platforms and manage calendar invites.

Soft Skills:

  • Responds quickly to changes and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Average to good communication skills.
