Job summary

Telstra Corporation is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to drive always-on recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels. You will build and nurture talent communities, coordinate campaign activity, and support candidate communications to attract and engage future Telstra talent.

You’ll work within Telstra’s Employer Brand team in the Philippines, collaborating with recruiters to align campaigns with future hiring needs and EVP messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related field.
• Understanding of digital and social media channels, including paid and owned.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across digital/social channels.
• Coordinate always-on paid and organic activity across channels.
• Grow and nurture talent communities/databases.
• Support career site traffic and conversion initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Partner with recruiters to align campaigns with hiring demand.
