House of Fruitas is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead a 20-recruiter team and drive end-to-end talent acquisition across the organization. The role blends strategy, execution, and people leadership in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment leadership experience in Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant.
• Demonstrated experience managing a large recruitment team, ideally around 20 recruiters.
• Strong background in mass hiring and multi-level recruitment.
• Experience hiring for corporate, technical, frontline, store, and restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media recruitment, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, highly accountable, and results-driven.
• Strong start-up mindset—ownership, urgency, hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and drive the performance of a 20-member recruitment team.
• Oversee mass and high-volume hiring across corporate, technical, store and restaurant operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding across LinkedIn, JobStreet, social channels, and job fairs.
• Create compelling job postings, descriptions, and recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver manpower with speed, quality, and accountability.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
