Job Description

As a recruitment consultant, your primary goal is to grow revenue within your discipline by partnering with clients to hire talented candidates. Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to interviews and offers
2. Building and developing client and business relationships in a competitive environment
3. Continuously building expertise and specialization in your chosen market
4. Consulting clients on the most suitable recruitment solutions and advising candidates on career opportunities
5. Developing a comprehensive candidate database within your discipline
6. Networking to gather business information
7. Participating in organizational initiatives related to DEI, CSR, and People Development

The Successful Applicant
