As Recruitment Associate, You Will…
  1. Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs
  2. Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries
  3. Process and track applicant job submissions
  4. Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
  5. Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
  6. Participate in job fairs & hiring events
  7. Build relationships with internal employees
  8. Ensure orientation and the onboarding process runs smoothly
