Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Create and post job descriptions on job boards, career pages, and social media.

  • Source potential candidates through databases, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), job portals, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and job applications.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment.

  • Maintain recruitment data and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations.

  • Promote employer branding through various channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources.

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.

  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
