Job summary

Hive Health is seeking a Recruitment Associate to own the full end-to-end hiring process across all roles. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, the management team, and external agencies to define requirements and drive efficient, high-quality decisions.

This hybrid role requires onsite work in Ortigas at least once a week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with interview formats, assessments, and reference checks.
• Experience using ATS and building recruitment trackers.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will own the full end to end hiring process across all roles in the company. From sourcing and screening to interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and negotiating, you will play a key role in building Hive’s team.

You will work closely with hiring managers, the management team, and external agencies to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and drive efficient, high quality hiring decisions. This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Ortigas once a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle across all openings in the company

• Partner closely with hiring managers, leadership team, and external agencies to align on role scope, candidate profile, and hiring timelines

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and other channels

• Screen applications and conduct structured interviews

• Administer assessments and conduct reference checks

• Extend offers and lead compensation discussions and negotiations

• Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and hiring performance

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.

• Experience handling end to end recruitment is a strong advantage

• Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

• Familiar with different interview formats, assessments, and reference checks

• Experience using ATS and building recruitment trackers or databases

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

• Startup experience is highly preferred

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas at least once a week
