Job description

The Recruitment and Training Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and implementing employee training and development initiatives. The role ensures the company attracts, selects, and develops top talent while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle – from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.

  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, school tie-ups, etc.).

  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.

Training and Development:
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.

  • Design and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Organize internal and external training programs and learning initiatives.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee progress.

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning and development requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and training.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
