Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. seeks a Recruitment Operations professional to coordinate recruitment activities with a focus on Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, Data Analytics and Retention Initiatives.

You will assist in preparing and executing strategies, build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and monitor performance against plan. You will create, audit and report recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and support full lifecycle recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years university and 2 years work experience or 4 year College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree.
• Two years of experience required with three to five years preferred; BPO stakeholder management viewed as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide candidate pipeline through coordination with the hiring manager and introduce process improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies and review performance against plan.
• Receive and monitor applications; manage complex projects and generate reports for management.
