The Qualifications We Seek
Minimum3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the care industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of Care Professional qualifications, certifications, and essential traits
Proven ability tosource,attract, andassess candidateseffectively
Skilled injob posting,candidate sourcing,interviewing, andhiring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and upholding high care standards
Your Daily Tasks
Candidate Sourcing:
Monitoring job boards such as Indeed, Smart Recruiter, Zinc, and Care Friends for potential candidates
Utilizing various recruitment platforms and social media channels to identify and attract qualified applicants
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline
Job Advertisements:
Creating compelling job ads that accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidates
Posting job ads on appropriate job boards and social media platforms
Monitoring ad performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results
Staying updated on emerging trends in job advertising to stay competitive
Managing the recruitment budget to maximize ad reach and effectiveness
Candidate Screening:
Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for Care Professional roles
Assessing applicants based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, empathy, and care commitment
Ensuring candidates meet standards for reliability, compassion, and professionalism
Interview Coordination:
Providing shortlisted candidates with clear details about the interview process
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring leaders
Recruitment Process Management:
Maintaining accurate records of applications, screenings, and interview schedules
Collaborating with hiring stakeholders to align on recruitment needs and priorities
Recommending improvements to enhance process efficiency and candidate experience
Candidate Experience:
Maintaining professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
Responding promptly to candidate inquiries and concerns
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, including sourcing, screening, and interview data
Analyzing recruitment trends and identifying areas for improvement
Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to the Head of People, Registered Manager, and COO
