American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) in Manila is seeking a recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for internal roles, partnering with leaders to shape talent strategies and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will source, assess, and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and collaborate on employer branding and process improvements. The role blends collaboration with a flexible hybrid model to attract top talent in the region.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong internal customer management and influence skills.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
