Job summary

Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report professional to support end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close in a multinational shared services environment in Metro Manila.

You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, analyze variances, produce financial statements and management reports, and assist with audits. Knowledge of General Ledger, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Hyperion) and strong analytical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 6 months of RTR/GL/Financial Reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals and prepayments.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, fixed asset, intercompany, and accrual reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with deadlines.
• Conduct account analysis, investigate variances and fluctuations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Assist treasury activities: cash positioning and forecasting.
• Support internal/external audits with schedules and docs.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to policies and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members.
