Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Record to Report Ops Associate for a hybrid work setup in Cebu City. Responsibilities include intercompany reconciliations, general ledger tie-outs, month-end close and fixed asset processing, with involvement in lease accounting and cash management.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience required.
• Open to at least 1 sub-process: Transaction Processing, Closing Cycle, Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliations: Sub Ledger to GL tie out and open item resolution.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Intercompany nettings, settlements, accruals and month-end reporting (HFM).
• Manual journals and month-end close per close calendars.
• Fixed asset capitalization, asset transactions, depreciation, disposals, transfers.
• Lease accounting and cash management processes.
• Respond to inter-company queries and escalate as needed.
