Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket in the Philippines is seeking an RDU Supervisor to oversee total receiving and releasing SOPs, document management, and dock security. You will ensure compliance with Receiving & Dispatching standards and drive timely data entry by the Inventory Clerk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Administration/Computer Applications and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. You must be willing to be temporarily assigned at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or administration or computer applications.
• At least 1 year work experience in warehouse or receiving operations.
• Willing to be assigned temporarily at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat and transferred to WM Porac when operational.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to Receiving & Dispatching standards.
• Ensures validity of RTV releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
• Ensures 100% inventory accuracy.
• Monitors the document flow from receiving to data entry by Inventory Clerk.
• Scrap and carton management.
• Willing to be assigned at WM Baliuag for now until WM San Rafael is operational.

Job Summary:

The RDU Supervisor is the overall in charge of the total receiving and releasing standard operating procedures, document management, and security of docking premises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance to the Receiving & Dispatching standards
• Ensures compliance and validity of the Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
• Monitors the document flow from receiving up to the submission to the Inventory Clerk for timely data entry
• Scrap and carton management
• Willing to be assigned at WM Baliuag for the meantime until WM San Rafael becomes operational.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, and Computer Application related courses
• With at least 1 year work experience in related to warehouse and receiving operations
• Willing to be assigned temporarily at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat and will be transferred to WM Porac once it becomes operational.
