Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket Inc. seeks an RDU Supervisor responsible for the total receiving and releasing SOPs, document management, and security of docking premises.

You will oversee compliance to Receiving & Dispatching standards and ensure RTV releases and stock transfers are valid. The role requires ensuring 100% inventory accuracy, monitoring document flow to the Inventory Clerk for timely data entry, and managing scrap and carton processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, and Computer Application related courses.
• With at least 1-2 year work experience in related to warehouse and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to the Receiving & Dispatching standards.
• Ensures compliance and validity of the Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Monitors the document flow from receiving up to the submission to the Inventory Clerk for timely data entry.
• Scrap and carton management.
