Waltermart Supermarket Inc. seeks an RDU Supervisor to lead the total receiving and releasing procedures, maintain document control, and safeguard the security of the docking area.

You will ensure adherence to Receiving & Dispatching standards and oversee RTV releases, stock transfers, and carton management. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Computer Application related fields and at least 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/administration/computer application programs.
• 2+ years of related warehouse and receiving operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures compliance to Receiving & Dispatching standards.
• Ensures compliance and validity of RTV releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
• Ensures 100% inventory accuracy.
• Monitors the document flow from receiving to submission for timely data entry by the Inventory Clerk.
• Oversees scrap and carton management.

About the role

The RDU Supervisor is the overall in charge of the total receiving and releasing standard operating procedures, document management, and security of docking premises.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to the Receiving & Dispatching standards
• Ensures compliance and validity of the Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
• Monitors the document flow from receiving up to the submission to the Inventory Clerk for timely data entry
• Scrap and carton management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, and Computer Application related course
• At least 2 years work experience related to warehouse and receiving operations
