Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Associate for Workforce Real-Time Management (RTM) to monitor real-time performance, staffing levels, and service levels across programs. You will collaborate with Operations and WFM teams to address gaps, make intraday adjustments, and communicate actionable insights.

Responsibilities include preparing intraday reports, tracking adherence, and escalating critical issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 1+ year experience in Workforce Management/Real-Time Management/Operations Support in a BPO environment preferred
• Knowledge of WFM concepts: schedule adherence, service levels, occupancy, shrinkage, staffing management
• Experience with WFM/real-time monitoring tools such as NICE IEX, Verint, Aspect, Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Calabrio, Five9, or Amazon Connect is a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze real-time data and mitigate service level risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, accountability, and sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time staffing, queue performance, service levels, and agent productivity across programs
• Track schedule adherence, attendance, and auxiliary usage to ensure WFM standards
• Identify intraday variances and communicate staffing needs
• Collaborate to implement real-time staffing adjustments (overtime, VTO, shift extensions)
• Monitor call, chat, email, and back-office volumes; escalate risks
• Prepare intraday performance reports, staffing updates, and alerts
• Analyze real-time trends and recommend improvements for adherence
• Maintain workforce management systems and data accuracy
• Support daily operational reviews with performance and staffing reports
• Escalate critical SL, staffing, or system issues promptly
