Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Quality operations or a related field.
• Prior experience in data quality, market data, or operations roles.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data platforms.
• Exposure to machine learning or automation tools for data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets and data flows.
• Experience with real-time data monitoring tools and QA applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor real-time price validation systems to detect and fix data errors and delays.
• Use market knowledge to triage anomalies and anticipate the impact of market-moving events to improve data quality parameters.
• Escalate data issues to internal teams and external data providers, ensuring clear documentation of the problem, its impact, and any interim workarounds.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and fault diagnostics to identify root causes of anomalies, delays, or inaccuracies in market data.
• Apply statistical and technical methods to isolate issues and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and improve overall data quality.
• Collaborate with Parameta Solutions and TP ICAP technical and analytics teams to maintain system functionality.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Data Quality leadership.
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives by providing detailed feedback on data validation tools and workflows; support UAT for new features.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis, including documentation and follow-up actions.
