Job summary

ibex is seeking an experienced RTA Supervisor to lead our Real-Time Analysis team in ensuring operational efficiency. The role emphasizes real-time monitoring, staffing decisions, and coaching of analysts to meet service levels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience as a WFM Supervisor or Senior Real-Time Analyst, strong communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of workforce management and real-time operations
• Experience in leading and coaching an RTA team

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Real-Time Analyst (RTA) team
• Monitor real-time operations and ensure service level targets are met
• Make staffing recommendations based on business needs
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing concerns
• Prepare and present real-time performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce processes and team performance
