Pickup Coffee is seeking a Real Estate Officer to lead site identification and acquisitions across North Luzon for expansion efforts. The role involves evaluating trade areas, negotiating leases, and coordinating permits with authorities to enable growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, legal, and finance, manage budgets, perform due diligence, and keep thorough site acquisition records. Travel to multiple sites is required to support project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade area and site identification to meet project requirements.
• Evaluate feasibility considering traffic, zoning regs, visibility, accessibility, and demand.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners or landlords.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Conduct due diligence including inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local officials, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to meet timelines.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation related to site acquisitions.
• Manage budgets and expenses for site acquisition activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on time and within budget.
