Qualifications

• 7+ years in project development, preferably in real estate.
• Understanding of the property development life cycle (planning, design, construction, marketing).
• Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and profitability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
