Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Portfolio Accountant to manage financial reporting and general ledger integrity for a portfolio of real estate assets. You will handle CAM reconciliations, lease compliance, tax workpapers, and audit documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least 4 years of accounting experience (preferably U.S. real estate), and strong Excel and Yardi Voyager proficiency to support external stakeholders and lender reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in U.S. real estate or property management.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly operating statements for assigned real estate portfolio properties.
• Maintain and review general ledger accounts and post adjusting journal entries as needed.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare explanations for financial fluctuations.
• Analyze intercompany billings, reimbursements, and allocations.
• Maintain accurate financial records across portfolio entities.
• Prepare tax and audit workpapers and support external auditors.
• Prepare regulatory reports including Real Property Tax statements.
• Perform CAM reconciliations and lease escalation calculations.
• Review lease abstracts and apply tax/operating CAM provisions.
• Prepare tenant reconciliations and escalation notices.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Support loan compliance and lender reporting.
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, accountants and external stakeholders.
