Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.
Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling marketing content.
Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media ads, analytics) and MS Office; Canva is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with a creative, results-driven mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support project sales and brand objectives.
Plan and execute marketing activities such as property launches, open houses, broker events, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, recommending improvements for optimization.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Manage and grow digital platforms (social media, website, property portals) with engaging content.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth marketing operations.
