Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and MS Office; Canva is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative and results-driven mindset.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support project sales and brand objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as property launches, open houses, broker events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, recommending improvements for optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Manage and grow digital platforms (social media, website, and property portals) through engaging and strategic content.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth marketing operations.
