Responsibilities

• Gather real estate fund information from diverse public sources and fund managers.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and integrity of collected data through validation and QA processes.
• Identify and resolve outliers, anomalies and inconsistencies before publication.
• Communicate with clients and fund managers using standardized questionnaires and clear methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate data collection and quality checks.
• Contribute to data flow design and automate data collection/QA processes.
• Analyze data trends to support data-quality decisions and provide explanations to stakeholders.
• Document processes, controls and validation logic for auditability.
