Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Content & Social Media Intern to join our real estate team. This hands‑on role offers real world experience in social media, content creation and property marketing, with guidance from experienced professionals.

You will create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, assist with filming, edit videos with CapCut or Premiere, and help develop campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome; potential to convert to a full‑time position after six months

Qualifications

Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Fresh graduates welcome; minimal professional experience required.
Basic video editing skills and comfortable with filming.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
Assist with filming and producing property videos, home tours and short-form content.
Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Develop creative content ideas, captions and social campaigns.
Research social media and property trends.
Monitor engagement and content performance.
Support day-to-day marketing and content initiatives.
