What youll do:
As a Lead Generation Associate, you\'ll play a key role in identifying and compiling potential business opportunities. You\'ll research and gather cold leads from multiple platforms, making sure our sales team has the right data to connect with the right people at the right time.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Source and gather potential leads from platforms like Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and others.
- Compile and maintain accurate lead lists, including contact details and company information.
- Organize leads into structured databases for easy access by the sales team.
- Ensure all data is current, complete, and categorized according to sales requirements.
- Support the sales team by providing lead reports and insights when needed.
- Stay updated on new sourcing strategies, tools, and trends to improve lead quality.
- Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required.
Successful candidate must have:
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, research, or data entry roles.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Seek, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data compilation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn sales-related processes.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We\'re looking for an Cold Caller to provide support in the following activities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to introduce the services and job opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or interactions.
- Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to support sales efforts.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates.
- Resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
- Regular schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Manila Time
- Daylight saving: 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Manila Time

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Previous experience in the recruiting, real estate, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 2 GB or more
