You will analyze needs, develop strategies, and implement technology solutions while contributing to client engagements and building industry knowledge within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement.
• Experience with healthcare billing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes to identify improvements and boost productivity.
• Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with clients to implement technology solutions and automation.
• Support development of operational excellence frameworks to streamline processes.
