Job summary

FRONERI Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced RAQA Lead to ensure regulatory and quality compliance across products, processes, and operations.

You will lead regulatory submissions, manage the QMS, and drive internal audits and CAPA programs to protect the company’s license to operate and brand reputation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8–10 years in QA/RA, including 3–5 years in a management role within FMCG or pharma-related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role within FMCG, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or related industries.
• Strong experience with FDA requirements, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and other applicable standards.
• Technical competencies: Regulatory Compliance Management, Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO Standards, Internal and Supplier Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA, Product Registration Processes, Risk Assessment and Compliance Management, Statistical Quality Control.
• Leadership competencies: Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Stakeholder Management, Change Leadership, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Coaching and Talent Development, Communication and Influence.
• Professional certification in Quality Management or Regulatory Affairs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintain licenses, permits, certifications, and registrations.
• Lead product registrations, renewals, amendments, labeling approvals, and supporting documentation with authorities.
• Establish and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or equivalent.
• Oversee quality controls across incoming materials, production, packaging, storage, and distribution.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate inspections; monitor CAPA actions.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and quality risks affecting operations and brand.
