Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a senior Order Management specialist to oversee end-to-end order lifecycle for Railway, Metro, Private Rail, and Friction customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10–12 years in customer service/order management in industrial sectors, with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in customer service or order management in rail/industrial sectors.
• Strong supply chain and customer service operations knowledge.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office proficiency.
• Cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and reporting.
• MS Office skills; familiarity with dashboards and digitalization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including contract review and bookings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Finance for on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and key account managers.
• Maintain MIS, backlog, delivery and performance reports.
• Identify and drive improvements in order management processes.
