Job summary

The Medical City Clinic in SM Muntinlupa is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to administer diagnostic imaging procedures and position patients to obtain high-quality images.

You will explain procedures, ensure patient safety, minimize radiation exposure, prepare equipment, and document results in accordance with FDA guidelines. The role reports to Clinic Manager and requires registration (RRT) and BS in Radiologic Technology; clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Radiologic Technology; RRT certification preferred.
• At least 3 months clinical experience or internship in radiologic procedures is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CT-Scan, X-Ray, Mammography and Ultrasound protocols.

Responsibilities

• Explains procedures to patients.
• Ensures safety of patients during diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Minimizes radiation exposure of patients by practicing protection techniques using beam restrictive devices and patient shielding.
• Prepares standard equipment and facilities.
• Administers all diagnostic Imaging procedures (CT-Scan, X-Ray, Mammogram, Ultrasound) to patients.
• Ensures accuracy of the captured concerned area of patients.
• Adheres to regulatory requirements mandated by FDA.
• Documents data of patients through charting.
• Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies.
• Submits census report every month.

Job description

The Medical City Clinic is searching for a Radiologic Technologist in SM Muntinlupa to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role administers the diagnostic imaging equipment and positions patients accurately to ensure quality diagnostic images.

This role reports directly to the Clinic Manager of TMC Clinic SM Muntinlupa.

Who Are We Looking For?

An effective Radiologic Technologist must possess the following skills:

• Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)

Ideally, a candidate must be at least a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT), preferably with at least 3 months clinical experience or on-the-job training in performing radiologic procedures and adhering to standard imaging protocols.
