Job summary

City of General Trias Doctor Medical Center in Cavite is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging department. The ideal candidate will perform mammography and general radiography with precision and uphold safety standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, active license, and preferably one year of mammography experience. You will work with radiologists to produce high-quality images while maintaining patient comfort and infection control.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
• Preferably with at least one year of mammography experience.
• Knowledgeable in patient positioning, imaging techniques, and radiation safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiographic and mammography procedures as requested by attending physicians.
• Operates radiographic and mammography equipment in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Ensures proper patient preparation, positioning, and instructions before examinations.
• Assists radiologists and physicians during imaging procedures and initial image evaluation.
• Ensures the quality and accuracy of radiographic and mammographic images for interpretation.
• Processes patient requests and releases official imaging results to authorized personnel.
• Performs mobile and operating theater radiography as needed.
• Maintains and organizes radiographic images, examination records, and released results.
• Observes radiation safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
