A leading company, Integrated Flow Systems LLC, is seeking a Manager of Quoting in Cebu City. The role involves driving quoting activities, implementing business processes across sites, and managing teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer relationship management and significant experience in business operations.
Job Summary:
The Manager of Quoting is responsible for driving regional UCT sites to perform quoting activities to a consistent business process. Effectively meet or exceed annual operating plans goals and objectives by setting and monitoring data/results through a regularly scheduled governance system.
This may be a regional, or specific product type (assembly or weldments or other) function and requires working with each Quoter supporting the activities regardless of their location.
This position may have global direct reports, with the primary role to influence the team to drive to a common set of objectives, goals, & methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Document business process in the QMS repository that represent current state of activities
Implement the business process at all the SPS UCT sites, regardless of ERP in use
Customer quoting models in a library for easy reference and revision controls
Implement use quoting application/system (“In-Mind”) to replace manual methods being used
Drives in prioritization meeting with Customer Program Managers, Site Operations Heads, and Sales
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of account commercial activities
Knowledge in BOM analysis and manipulation
Good writing and communication skills
Cross functional team building skills
Ability to manage remote teams in several locations
Ability to use ERP quoting methods such as SAP, MS Excel, Word and AccessExpert
Educational/Certification Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Business related field
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in Customer Relationship or Business Operations.
Minimum 5 years management experience.
