Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

• Develop long-term quarry acquisition and development strategies using advanced optimization systems
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven planning and innovative technologies
• Establish strategic material reserves and production targets aligned with business objectives
• Lead capital investment planning and resource optimization initiatives

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local communities
• Direct third-party contractor partnerships to maximize operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quarry operations with plant requirements
• Lead engagement with environmental consultants and rehabilitation specialists

Operational & Environmental Excellence

• Oversee quarry and crushing operations to ensure consistent material quality and supply

Qualifications:

• B.S. Mining Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role - at least 7 years in planning and mining engineering and 3 years on drilling
