• Knowledge of TAS & TBQ Software.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Prepare, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.

•Able to do Full Set Quotation/Bill of quantity with Only Architects Layout drawing.

•Able to fill in the tender document.

•Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects

•Able to complete job in require time

JOB REQUIREMENT

•Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent

•At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
