JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for daily tasks such as cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
• Costing analysis, budget, progress billing estimates, and other QS-related requirements needed by PD, Construction, Procurement, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have 5-7 years experience.
• Experience in Construction Operations and Quantity Surveying.
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills.
• BOQ and Cost Planning skills.
