Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. in the Philippines invites a Quantity Surveyor to join our project finance team.

You will prepare cost estimates and budgets, conduct feasibility studies, and value on-site work monthly, ensuring contractual and procurement processes run smoothly. The role requires 1–2 years of QS experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel; BIM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Membership in RICS, NIQS, or similar professional body is advantageous.
