Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor in Manila is seeking a hands-on Quality Systems Engineer to administer the quality document control system and drive excellence in cutting-edge power IC technology. The role requires leading audits, maintaining ISO documentation, and ensuring compliance across teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in quality systems within semiconductors, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Systems Administrator in the semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; knowledge of AEC-Q100, RoHS, and REACH is a plus
• Hands‑on experience with ISO document management systems, including establishment and maintenance
• Lead Auditor certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA reviews for automotive products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality document control system as the primary administrator, ensuring ISO compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation across departments.
• Perform quality reviews during product development, including FMEA assessments.
• Plan and conduct internal audits on a regular basis.
• Maintain quality records, including management reviews, internal audit reports, and ISO certification documentation.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
