Job summary

PHILIPPINES HRE COMPOCRAFT WORKS CORP. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Department for export operations. You will coordinate QA and QC activities, implement quality policies, and ensure compliance with ISO and GMP standards.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to manage audits, CAPA, and vendor/customer quality claims, while mentoring the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related majors.
• At least 3 years of QA/QC Manager experience in PEZA export enterprises.
• Familiar with ISO and GMP; proficient in IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC inspections.
• Fluent in English; Filipino language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for managing the Quality Department and coordinating QA/QC activities.
• Formulate and maintain ISO and GMP quality systems and conduct internal audits.
• Define IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC standards and supervise inspectors.
• Handle quality abnormalities, 8D rectification and CAPA.
• Liaise with customer audits and third-party inspections; handle quality claims.

• Fully responsible for the management of the Quality Department, coordinating QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) work, establishing and maintaining the enterprise's quality system.
• Formulate quality policies and quality objectives, establish quality systems such as ISO and GMP, organize internal audits and management reviews, and ensure the effective operation of the system.
• Formulate IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC inspection standards and processes, supervise inspectors to strictly implement them, and ensure that product quality meets customer and export standards.
• Be responsible for quality abnormality handling, organize 8D rectification and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuously improve product quality.
• Liaise with customer quality audits and third-party inspections (SGS/BV), handle quality claims and customer complaints, and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage the quality team, conduct quality training, and improve the team's professional capabilities and quality awareness.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related majors; 3 years or more of QA/QC Manager experience in PEZA export enterprises.
• Familiar with quality systems such as ISO and GMP, proficient in IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC inspection processes, with rich experience in quality abnormality handling.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to proficiently handle English documents from customers and third-party inspection agencies; proficiency in Filipino is preferred.
• Strong overall management, problem-solving, and communication and coordination skills; rigorous and detail-oriented.
