Job summary

Focus-Wireless Philippines Inc is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor to lead daily QC inspections and testing of refurbished units at our Calamba City facility in Laguna. You will ensure products meet functional, cosmetic, and safety standards and approve final quality checks (A/B/C) before release.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electronics and 2–5 years in QC, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2–5 years of QC experience (refurbishing/manufacturing is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of inspection and testing processes.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
