Quality Management Specialist – Metro Manila/Central Luzon

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates may apply but with experience and skills needed for designing, installing, and managing systems
• With superior interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels of the organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Office Applications
• Organized and can multi-task
• Can work independently on multiple projects
• Willing to travel frequently

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
• Develop tools and control measures to address critical concerns
• Install and roll-out developed system
• Work with key operations personnel to integrate the new system
• Conduct situational audits and regular assessments to check the sustainability of the system
• Draw firm commitments from personnel to adapt to the system
• Conduct follow up commitments made and monitor results
