Job summary

thyssenkrupp rothe erde is seeking a Quality Management/Manufacturing Quality professional to support the company's Quality Management System and drive manufacturing quality improvements. The role emphasizes ISO standards, audits, CAPA, and supplier quality management.

You will apply statistical quality tools and collaborate on corrective actions, PFMEA, inspection plans, FAI and PPAP submissions for new or revised products, while leveraging CAD models to interpret tolerance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment with quality system exposure.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001/45001/50001 is preferred.
• Knowledge of core quality tools (FMEA, control plans, FAI, PPAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Quality Management System per ISO standards.
• Assist with internal/external audits, CAPA, document control, supplier quality.
• Support PFMEA, inspection plans, FAI and PPAP submissions for new/revised products.
• Investigate nonconformities and drive corrective actions using data analysis.
• Apply SPC, Gage R&R, DOE and root cause analysis to reduce variation.
• Create and interpret CAD drawings to verify product tolerances.
• Support product/process qualification and CI projects within the OPS framework.
