Job summary

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, seeks a Quality Engineer to lead QA programs across production lines, enforce manufacturing control procedures, and analyze process data using statistical tools.

The role focuses on managing customer quality complaints and driving continuous improvement to ensure all products meet strict quality, reliability, and regulatory standards; overtime and weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering courses.
• Preferably with at least 6 months relevant working experience gained from a manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industry.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Knowledgeable on semiconductor core tools such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D, etc.
• With good communication skills in dealing with customers.
• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends and/or holidays when needed.
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
