Job summary

An automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Analyst to collaborate on setting and improving quality standards. The role requires strong analytical skills for identifying defects and generating related documentation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in automotive manufacturing. A valid Driver's License is also required.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (local and abroad) in the design, implementation, and improvement of quality standards.
• Judges in-line deviations and fluctuations on quality standards during actual implementation, performs root-cause analysis on product defects, and reports findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Generates and updates quality standard documents (inspection manuals, matrixes, and travel cards).

Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
• With at least 2 years of related experience; experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in the Quality Standard and risk assessment practices.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical aspects of production process.
• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• With valid Driver's License.
