Job summary

Licton Industrial Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to monitor quality during production and ensure products meet specifications. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and timely documentation.

Ideal candidates include BS Industrial Engineering graduates or any 4-year engineering degree holders with strong communication and leadership potential. Onsite manufacturing plant in Valenzuela, six-day schedule, learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Licton Industrial Corporation is an established plastic packaging manufacturing company. We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector who is observant, analytical, dependable, and ready to develop both technical and leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Inspect products and monitor quality during production.

• Check products against specifications and quality standards.

• Identify defects, abnormalities, and possible quality concerns.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

• Coordinate quality concerns with QA/QC, Process Engineers, and other departments.

• Assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.

• Help ensure proper handling of non-conforming products.

• Support quality and continuous improvement activities.

• Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering preferred, although graduates of any 4-year Engineering course are welcome.

• Experience in Quality Control, Production, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.

• Fresh graduates with good potential are encouraged to apply.
