Job description

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of wires and cables to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or deviations.
• Perform physical, electrical, and dimensional tests on semi-finished, and finished products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) or any related course
• At least 1–2 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a wire and cable manufacturing or related industrial setting
• Familiarity with testing procedures, such as conductor resistance testing, Insulation and jacket thickness measurement, etc. is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest and objective in inspection findings
