Job description

• Inspect and test: Examine raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using visual checks, measurements, and specialized equipment to identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Monitor processes: Oversee production and operational processes to ensure they are functioning correctly and consistently meet quality specifications.
• Document and report: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and defects, reporting findings to senior staff or other relevant teams.
• Implement solutions: Recommend and sometimes implement corrective actions to address identified quality problems and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain standards: Ensure compliance with quality control policies, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and achieve production targets.
• Use equipment: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including rulers, calipers, gauges, and electronic inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (bachelor’s degree in management, F & B Services Management, HRM or any related course)
• Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant experience
