• Perform regular checking of production lines and facilities to identify and address potential quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and audits.
• Identify non-conformities to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure all processes comply with food safety standards.

• Must have at least one (1) year working experience in a quality assurance within food manufacturing industry
• Must be keen to details, can handle work pressure (especially those related to job), and can work with people from various functional areas.
• Ability to work independently and in detail-oriented
• With strong ability to analyze data and identify quality issues
• Must have strong communication skills
• Training in HACCP and GMP is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
