Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Misamis Oriental seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist for the food manufacturing industry. You will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain records. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, have at least one year of relevant experience, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Training in HACCP and GMP is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Perform regular checking of production lines and facilities to identify and address potential quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and audits.
  • Identify non-conformities to implement corrective and preventive measures
  • Ensure all process comply with food safety standards
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
